| "Hello. What is this blog about?"

Many times when I am signing up for social bookmarking, social networking, social advertising the registration forms will often ask this question: "Hello. Please describe your blog." or "What is this blog about?" Often I just come up with a simple sentence that upon reflection, I am not very happy about. So I decided to sit down and think about this blog is really all about.
As most of you might know by looking at the length of my archive, I have been blogging for a long long time since May 2002 but it has always been all over the place - complaining about life, relationships and what nots but only recently when I started to understand the power of social media and the impact that one's blog can make in the social network, I decided to clean my act up and present my blog in a more "professional" sort of way.
Don't misunderstand me, I have not shed my old skin and evolved into a social media expert which is also a title that I cannot take up. Nor am have I become a social media enthusiast because I am still learning about it. This blog incorporates my learning from my Social Media classes in university as well as from the bloggers from all over the world - *waves to you guys reading this entry. This blog is also about my life and some of the questions that I am always attempting to answer like - what is the meaning of life, where am I going with all this knowledge, self-awareness sort of stuff. I believe many of us are also trying to answer life's big question - "Who am I and what am I doing here?" sorta thing. My blog is also about my friends from all over the world. Without input and comments from my friends both made from school/work/entrecarding/happen to pop by your blog kind of friends, this blog wouldn't be as fun and engaging as it is.
So essentially, this blog is very raw. It really has no specific theme nor am I really a source of inspiration for many but it just presents me as who I am in real life - trying to figure life and meaning both on and offline. Making mistakes by having weird posts now and then but having memorable moments too.
Even though I might not really add much credibility nor insight to the social media scene, I sincerely hope that this blog will bring a bit of questions, entertainment, smiles and love to you my readers who have become a very essential part of the existence of this blog.
So... what is this blog all about? I still not sure if I can or have answered this question.

Just like Jillian said, I am one of those people. The more honest and raw the better. I want to get to know the person I am reading about, not some sugar coated crap :)
